YOUR JOYFUL MORNING RITUAL, MADE SIMPLE:

1. Light your joyful morning ritual candle.
2. As the flame flickers, set your intention for the day (e.g., “I will cultivate a spirit of joy and gratitude today.”)
3. Awaken your spirit by communing with your Higher Power through prayer.
4. Awaken your body through gentle, joyful movement (e.g., gentle stretching, yoga or a little dancey dance). 
5. Awaken your mind with a 10-minute meditation. 
6. Practice gratitude journaling. Start with 3 things you’re grateful for. Describe why you’re grateful for those things and simple actions you can take to express your gratitude.
7. Close with intention. Blow out your candle and say, “I am grounded in gratitude. I welcome joy into this day.”

• Fragrance: Premium Bright Citrus + Sunflower fragrance oil

CANDLE CARE:

• Trim the wick to 1/4″ before each use to reduce soot and enhance the candle’s longevity.
• Allow the candle to burn for at least one hour, or until the wax melts to the jar’s edge, to prevent tunneling.
• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and discontinue use when less than 1/2″ of wax remains.
• Keep away from fans, hot surfaces, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

TIPS FOR REUSE:

• After your candle has fulfilled its original purpose, you can reuse the beautiful candle vessel as decoration or storage! Simply melt and remove any remaining wax with a heat gun or blow dryer. You can also remove old wax by putting it in the freezer and gently popping the wax out.
