1. Created sacred space by clearing and decluttering your room.
2. Light your Soul Care ritual candle.
3. Take 3 sacred breaths to reset your mind and body. 
4. Set an intention to be mindfully present as you seek to nurture your soul. Ask your Higher Power for a deeper connection to the sacred and the soul. 
5. Spend 10 minutes in sacred stillness as you meditate.
6. Spend 5-10 minutes indulging in an activity that brings you joy, just for fun! 
7. Practice gentle movement (e.g., yoga, stretch, or tapping) to awaken your body + soul.
8. Offer thanks to your Higher Power for this precious moment and ask for help discovering how you can deepen your soul care practices. 

CANDLE INFO:

• Fragrance: Premium Oakmoss and Amber fragrance oil 
• Fragrance Notes: Orange, Grapefruit, Oakmoss, Lavender, Apple, and Amber
• Essential Oil: Orange oil, known to reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system

• Wax: Special blend of 100% natural soy and coconut wax | Non-toxic, clean burning, and free of phthalates, sulfates, parabens, lead, fillers, paraffin, and petroleum

CANDLE CARE:

• For the best burn experience, remove the crystals before lighting to ensure the wax burns evenly.
• Trim the wick to 1/4″ before each use to reduce soot and enhance the candle’s longevity.
• Allow the candle to burn for at least one hour, or until the wax melts to the jar’s edge, to prevent tunneling.
• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and discontinue use when less than 1/2″ of wax remains.
• Keep away from fans, hot surfaces, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

TIPS FOR REUSE:

• After your candle has fulfilled its original purpose, you can reuse the beautiful candle vessel as decoration or storage! Simply melt and remove any remaining wax with a heat gun or blow dryer. You can also remove old wax by putting it in the freezer and gently popping the wax out.
