When I started my modest fashion journey as a new Christian who was clueless about modesty, Shabby Apple was the first retailer recommended to me. I immediately fell in love with the brand. Designed with a vintage-inspired aesthetic, the clothes are reminiscent of the classy attire worn by polished, ultra-feminine women in the 50s. The website has plenty of variety in terms of coverage, level of formality (from comfy and casual to wedding-appropriate), and sizes (which run from XS to 2X). The best part: Most of the clothes are very modest from the neckline to the hemline. Even more good news: the clothes are well made and the company donates regularly to charities dedicated to empowering women financially. The clothes are not cheap, but, as they say, you pay for what you get. In this case, you get high quality clothing (and accessories!) made in the USA by a company that is committed to serving women all over the globe. Right now they are running a sitewide 15% off promo with the code:holiday15!
